Do you really mean unlimited users?

Yes. No blocks to buy, no per-seat upgrades. A storekeeper, ten site supervisors, two property managers, and the MD — same price. Every one of them can be in the system without adding a cent to your monthly bill.

What if my crew doesn't actually use it?

It's built around what they already do — handing something over, scanning a code — not a new workflow to learn. Checking a tool out takes less time than writing it on a clipboard. The friction is lower than what they're doing now, not higher.

What happens when we open a new site?

Add a warehouse, start using it. The price doesn't change. There's no location cap at $299/month.

Do we need special hardware for scanning?

No. Any phone camera reads the QR codes directly. A USB or Bluetooth scanner at the store counter also works — but it's optional, not required to start.

What's the setup fee?

If your team can follow the guide, setup is free. If you'd prefer us to configure warehouses, catalog, staff roles, and billing, it's a one-time $600 flat fee.

What if we stop paying?

Access suspends automatically. It reinstates immediately once payment processes. Your data is never deleted for a billing issue.
